| DOVER COLLEGE OUTSOURCES ENERGY & MAINTENANCE |
| Dover College has placed its energy supply and plant maintenance in the care of Cofathec Heatsave. The College, which was founded in 1871 in the grounds of a 12th Century Benedictine Priory, is a mix of original structures and more modern educational buildings. Today, the site comprises 33 buildings including residential accommodation for around 350 students. |

| On the 27th June 2000 Heatsave took part in a seminar, which was targeted principally at security within a college environment. Heatsave had a stand and took visitors on a tour of the plant rooms to give an idea of what could be achieved within an Energy Management Contract. |

| Manchester Care |
| Heatsave have installed a Trend control system into each of the 16 Residential homes for the elderly to achieve the control necessary to achieve the energy targets. The sites have now been added to our Plant and Energy Monitoring Systems so that we can ensure internal environmental conditions are maintained coupled with the most efficient use of energy. |
